York Walls And Minster

York Walls|Minster View
York City walls are the longest medieval walls in the UK. At 3.4 kilometres long and taking in some wonderful views of the Minster and old buildings of York its a must thing to do when visiting the City. Along the way you come across bars, gateways, coffee shops fortified positions, gardens and much more.
This particular view is one of my favourites on the walls walk taking in the view of York Minster as its getting dark. The light trails from the cars head & tail lights show this is a working city and one that has appeal to all generations. If you have never walked the walls make time on your next visit to York.
